"Hello Ma'am, I'm afraid we don't carry your size here." 

This phrase, spoken loudly and rudely by a clerk in a high-end department store still sting. It didn't matter that I was searching for a gift for a friend.  I wanted nothing more than to be somewhere else at that moment, somewhere else, to avoid the humiliation and discomfort of other shoppers turning to stare at me.  This is when my journey began... 

"Hello Ma'am, I'm afraid we don't carry your size here." 

This phrase, spoken loudly and rudely by a clerk in a high-end department store still sting. It didn't matter that I was searching for a gift for a friend.  I wanted nothing more than to be somewhere else at that moment, somewhere else, to avoid the humiliation and discomfort of other shoppers turning to stare at me.  This is when my journey began... 

But let me go back to how I got to that point...

After I turned 40 it became increasingly difficult for me to keep the numbers on the scale from rising..

...and for a long time, I thought it was just a normal part of getting older, that my widening waistline was unavoidable...

Along with bloating, fatigue, and digestive problems...

Even after trying various diets like Paleo, Keto, low-carb, intermittent fasting and gluten-free diets...

Or a strenuous exercise such as CrossFit or spin classes...

Nothing seemed to work!

The numbers on the scale continued to rise.

I even consulted with multiple doctors and received several blood tests, everything seemed to be normal, except for the fact that I was trapped with this apron belly...

After a very embarrassing moment at a clothing store I decided enough was enough and I needed to try something new. That is when I came across this almost forgotten "Hack" from Japan. 

What I discovered was something truly unexpected: women can actually help their bodies reduce the effects of this midlife crisis naturally with this "Hack"...
